Vehicle vs. pedestrian crash on Cloverdale leaves one dead

Boise, ID (CBS2) — Boise Police are investigating a vehicle versus pedestrian crash that took the life of one man.

Boise Police say that at 6:30 p.m. a vehicle hit a pedestrian on Cloverdale Road near West Mesquite.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene after first responders attempted life-saving measures.

Detectives and the crash reconstruction team are investigating the accident and Cloverdale will be closed between Executive Drive and Fairview Avenue for the next few hours.
